Free
Register a free land brief and we’ll be in touch if a matching site comes up.
Register a free briefAre the plots for sale? Not always. Many are off-market. The search finds plots that fit your brief; it can’t promise an owner will sell.
Who contacts the owner? You choose. Use the drafted letter yourself, or we approach the owner under a signed introducer agreement.
Is my brief private? Yes. Owners only learn who you are when you decide to go ahead.
What isn’t included? Valuations, site visits, surveys and planning advice. Each pack says which specialist checks a plot would need next.
Can I cancel? There’s nothing to cancel: it’s a one-off fee with no subscription.
Which areas? Only our 8 councils, so we know them well.
Owner introductions are made only under a signed introducer and non-circumvention agreement. Any introducer fees are disclosed to the landowner. The search fee pays for research; it doesn’t guarantee a plot is available or will be sold.
Please note: shortlists are compiled from public sources and are general information only, not legal, planning or valuation advice. Always make your own checks before acting.
