Sell your land in Solihull & Warwickshire

Thinking about selling or promoting land in Solihull, Warwickshire or the wider West Midlands? Here’s the land I look for, and exactly how it works.

In short: I’m an online land introducer. You tell me about your land, I research it, and if it looks suitable I introduce it to promoters or builders who are looking for that kind of site. You pay nothing up front.

The land I’m looking for

A guess at the size is fine, and you don’t need planning permission or any reports to get in touch.

Areas I cover

I cover eight council areas across Solihull, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Staffordshire:

How it works

  1. Get in touch. Email [email protected] or use the enquiry form with the location and a rough idea of the size.
  2. I research your land. I check publicly available planning, Green Belt and flood information and the local plan for your area.
  3. I introduce it. If it looks suitable, and only with your agreement, I introduce your land to promoters or builders looking for that kind of site.
  4. You decide. Any agreement is between you and them, and you should take advice from your own solicitor before signing anything.

What it costs you

Nothing up front. If an introduction leads to a deal, my introducer fee is paid by the promoter or builder, not by you, and I’ll tell you about it before any introduction is made.

Tell me about your land

Use the enquiry form or email [email protected]. There’s no cost and no obligation.

Please note: this page is general information only, not legal, planning or financial advice. I don’t value land, and not every site will be suitable for an introduction.
