Arden Land Partners is an independent land sourcer. I find land with potential, screen it, and write to the owners. I only introduce an owner who has agreed to it, and only once terms are agreed in writing.

• Settlement-edge land next to towns and villages
• Green Belt land that may qualify as grey belt
• Small brownfield sites and old yards

How each site is screened

Before I write to an owner, each site is checked at desk level for:

• Size and boundary
• Road access
• Flood zones
• Green Belt status
• Designations such as conservation areas, listed buildings and SSSIs
• Planning history
• A satellite check of the land and its surroundings

How introductions work

• Owner-authorised only. I introduce an owner only with their consent.
• Terms first. Commercial terms are agreed in writing before any site details are shared.
• No cost to owners. Landowners are never charged by me.
