Selling land for development in Warwick District

For landowners in the Warwick District Council area. Local plan status checked against council sources on 12 October 2026.

In short: if you own a field, paddock or larger parcel in Warwick District, a land promoter may be willing to fund the planning work at no upfront cost to you. We can introduce you to one. Nothing happens without your agreement.

Where the local plan stands

Warwick District and Stratford-on-Avon District are preparing a joint South Warwickshire Local Plan to replace the Warwick District Local Plan (to 2029). Its final (Regulation 19) consultation ran from 21 July to 8 September 2026 and drew around 12,000 representations. The councils aim to submit it for examination by 31 December 2026.

How an introduction works

Tell us roughly where your land is and its size. We do some free desk checks, then, if it looks promising and you agree, we introduce you to a land promoter who works in the area. Their fee comes from the eventual sale, and our fee is paid by the promoter. Always take independent legal advice before signing anything. More on how land promotion works.
